The following policies cover all products purchased from the Clique Trips Online Store:

 

Fulfillment: Please allow three business days from purchase for order processing.

Shipping: All shipments are Priority Mail from North Carolina through USPS with a flat rate of $9.00 per shipment. Transit times can vary depending on USPS. Clique Trips only ships domestically at this time.

Returns: Products eligible for return must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the item(s).

Items listed as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, you must complete the Return Authorization Request Form and receive an authorization number and instructions from Clique Trips before returning. Returns received without prior authorization will be declined and returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless the return is due to an error in shipping by Clique Trips or a defective product.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, unsoiled, in their original packaging, with all tags, hygienic liners, and labels attached. Beauty & wellness products must be in their original packaging, with the seal unbroken. Handbags and purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with the original dust bag. Items sold in sets must be returned as the complete set as shipped.

Return shipments, with authorization, must be postmarked within 30 days from the receipt of the items.

Items returned outside this time frame, those without prior authorization, not in new condition, or otherwise not in compliance with our returns policy, will be declined and returned to the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method for the original order within 7-10 days of receipt and acceptance of the return shipment.

Return Authorization Form

Clique Trips will review this request, and if the return meets our requirements, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions via email. If the Return Request is declined, you will be notified via email. Authorized returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error in shipment by Clique Trips or a defective/damaged item.
