PAYMENT

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room. Each room reservation must be paid on one credit card for the booking regardless of the number of occupants. Within four weeks of the initial $50 deposit payment, the second deposit installment of 25% is due. The final payment is due 45 days before the Trip Start Date*. All base package payments are made to Clique Trips via credit card. All room packages must be paid in full on or before the Trip Payment Deadline**. Clique Trips reserves the right to treat a booking as canceled by the Client if the balance due is not paid on or before the Trip Payment Deadline**. By submitting a payment through the Clique Trips website, you provide your electronic signature that you have authorized Clique Trips to charge your credit card for the Trip deposit and final payment for your selected Trip. The confirmation email we send after we have received your credit card payment is your receipt. The Client’s responsibility is to verify the amount charged is accurate and notify Clique Trips within seven days if an error is discovered.

A Trip is considered confirmed once full payment is received, and after that, all penalties will apply if the Trip is changed or canceled by the Client. Payment for a Trip deposit or making a full payment acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY:

All refunds are subject to conditions outlined below governing cancellations, changes, and revisions.

Acceptance of a refund constitutes a waiver by the Client of all rights and remedies under applicable laws other than the refund amount.

Trip deposits are non-refundable. Clique Trips reserves the right to refuse any refund. Additionally, if your Trip is canceled for any reason or terminated, and you are asked to leave, there are no refunds, and you will be responsible for all your expenses.

Buyers Remorse Exception: Within 24 hours of booking, you are allowed to cancel for a full refund subject to the following rules:

• You must call Clique Trips at 919-889-0393 within 24 hours of purchase to cancel the reservation and request a refund.
• The Trip must have been booked at least 30 days before the Trip Start Date*.
• 45 days or more before the Trip Start Date*, 75% refund of the total Trip cost, less any non-refundable deposits
• 30-44 days or more before the Trip Start Date*, 50% refund of the total Trip cost, less any non-refundable deposits
• 15-29 days before the Trip Start Date*, 25% refund of the total Trip cost, less any non-refundable deposits
• Within 14 days or less of the Trip Start Date*, no refunds

If a trip is canceled, for any reason, by Clique Trips, we will attempt to reschedule the Trip for a later date. If the rescheduled trip date is not acceptable for the Client, we will provide refund options.

HOTEL REQUIREMENTS

Hotel check-in restrictions may apply and require one guest to be at least 21 years old. In addition, at check-in, the hotel will obtain a credit card from one guest to cover additional room charges, parking, incidentals, etc.

COVID REQUIREMENTS

All Clients are responsible for adhering to all COVID-19 guidelines/protocols set forth by the destination city/state/country, airlines, and hotel/resort property. A Client’s failure to adhere to these guidelines causing early Trip termination will result in a zero refund from Clique Trips.

RESPONSIBILITY

Neither Clique Trips nor any of its employees shall be held liable for, and by accepting these documents client waives any claim against all such parties for a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused because of a defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor or supplier or other damage caused by factors outside of Clique Trips’ control; b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; c) any delayed departure, airline turbulence, transportation accidents or missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, termination of service or changes in fares and rates or other unforeseen circumstances; and d) any cancellation or double-booking of reservations, tickets or packages beyond the control of Clique Trips.

In no event shall Clique Trips be responsible for any amount other than the price paid by the Client for the Trip package. Clique Trips reserves the right to accept, decline, retain or remove any person as a member of the group at any time.

By booking my Trip with a non-refundable deposit or total payment reservation, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
